Luis saurez companion app no low driven shot evo

This issue is when I put Suarez in the preview of the new strikeforce evo (which I paid good money for fc points for btw) at the max level of the evo he still only has 2 playste pluses, what can I do to fix this please help as it was a very expensive evo.
