MAJOR BUG – Player disappeared, squad deleted, constant FUT disconnection

Hello,

I’m experiencing a serious issue in FIFA Ultimate Team that is making it completely unplayable for me.

🔴 Context:

I was in the middle of evolving Thierry Henry 92 to 94 via RUSH matches. Everything was going fine until the game suddenly bugged during the session.

🛑 Since that moment:

• Thierry Henry disappeared from my club — the evolution wasn’t completed.
• My entire squad was deleted without me doing anything.
• When I try to rebuild the squad, I get disconnected from FUT after placing 4-5 players on the field with this message:
  “There was a problem communicating with the FUT servers. Please try again later.”
• Random players appear in strange positions (like strikers in defense) — players I never added.
• None of my players were discarded, sold, or transferred — this seems like a bug or a server issue.

📌 My club includes players like:

• Ronaldo 94, Jairzinho 94, Bellingham 94, Carvajal 95, Thuram94 , Zambrotta93 , Van der Sar93 , Matthäus 94 , Xavi 94 , Beckham94 , Garrincha94 , Ronaldinho 93, Thierry Henri94 Eusébio…

🔁 Things I’ve already tried:

• Restarted my PS5
• Switched internet connections
• Reinstalled the game
• Contacted EA Support (ticket opened, issue logged by the advisor)

❗️What I need:

• Recovery of my original squad
• Reactivation of Thierry Henry’s evolution
• Fix for the disconnection issue when editing my squad
• A full investigation into this critical bug

This is seriously impacting my experience. I’ve invested a lot of time and money into FUT, and it’s incredibly frustrating not to be able to play at all right now.

Please escalate this issue and fix it as soon as possible.
