Missing completed sbc

Hi ea, earlier I completed the upamecano sbc on the companion app on my computer , and it didn’t show up any where and I haven’t claimed it yet and it’s just disappeared, it’s not already in my club, and it’s not in my quicksell. Please fix this and I want my upamecano back
