I’m missing some Evolution rewards from the FUTTIES Daily Cup: Play Games objective in FC25.

I completed the FUTTIES Daily Cup: Play Games objective and successfully claimed the rewards. The player reward Seydou Doumbia is in my player list, which confirms I received the full reward pack.
At the same time, I also claimed and redeemed the Evolution rewards for FUTTIES Daily Cup II and V via the Store. However, these two Evolution rewards are not showing up in my Evolutions section.
I’ve double-checked everything multiple times — the Evolutions are still missing.
