Missing pack champions and rivals

Finished with 8 wins on champions and I was supposed to get *2 88+FFC/FBD/UDC and got only one pack in squad battles prizes it was the same.

so now I missing two packages 

i want the pack that I worked hard to get that the prizes you wrote that I get so I want them at least try to do something right.
