Missing pack or player

Today I played fut champs but there was the season 8 weekly play completionist out awell so as I finished my games of fut champs i also completed the 3 completions so i claimed the reward what was 2 shapeshifter cards but when i went into the store i only had a pack for 1 shapeshifter card so im either missing a pack from the objective or its only given me 1 card

    Hi I completed the challenge but and recieved the pack it says 2 player pack but I only recieved 1 player

    It's not a 2 shapeshifter cards pack. It is a Shapeshifters Team 2 player pack for 3rd completion. You will get only one shapeshifter player from Team 2.
