Missing packs and player items from the previous season ladder

I am missing some unclaimed player items and packs from the previous season ladder in Ea sports 25 .I couldn’t find them when the new season started at 3am I checked the packs section and restarted my console but they are not there. 
The issue started last week Thursday 
 I reached out to multiple advisors about it . But it seems like nothing is been done to resolve it
