I pre-ordered EA Sports FC 26 about two weeks ago, and according to the pre-order details, I was supposed to receive the EVO item with 99 shooting and the ICON player pick as part of the rewards. However, I have not received any of these items in my account yet.
Could you please check my account and help me claim the missing pre-order bonuses?
