Missing Rewards from Live Objective TOTS Crafting Upgrade SBC Completionist

I completed the Live objective "TOTS Crafting Upgrade SBC Completionist – Complete 100" in the Live tab. However, I did not receive the reward pack “Rare Gold Players Pack (7x 86+)” for this specific task, nor the “Rare Gold Players Pack (10x 86+)” for completing the whole group of objectives. Please check this issue and let me know if the rewards can be granted.
