I was attempting to claim the 86 x2 Player Pack for the level 34 reward for season 7 on the PS5. The animation came up that I could confirm claiming the reward, but when I checked the store, there was no pack. The season rewards page still showed the pack as available to claim, and I tried again, but I was met with the exact same result. I did not attempt to claim the 1 of 4 88+ Player Pick.
Today I tried to claim the reward on the companion mobile app, and it shows both rewards as being claimed when neither of them were.
