My 96 Ribéry just disappeared

Hey, idk if any of you ever had the same problem but I hope I will find some help here. I collected my Level 40 rewards and chose Ribéry. I had him in my account. 1 day later he was gone. I did not do any sbcs so this is not the problem and I also looked at my discarded players and he wasn’t there either. I wrote ea for help but I just got a Bot message… so does someone know a way to get my player back???
