my game crashes every time i play a game

Whenever i try to play a rivals game my game crashes no matter what, no error code whatsoever, i cant even get the one point i need to get rewards upgrades due to the crashing which is very frustrating, i would like compensation for the error as my pc is completely fine and has happened to no other game
