MY SCREEN FREEZE AND MY OPPONENT STILL SCORE AGAINTS ME IN CHAMPION GAMES

Dear EA Teams,

currently I've  been playing Champions on my 2nd game  I have met a hacker. My screen was freeze although I can hear sound and have no internet issue.

While I see my opponent score already  2-0 which mean  they dont have issue with it. 

Please take action onto these player.
