My Season 9 weekly rewards packs are missing, it says completed yet my reward packs are not showing?

I completed the weekly play, alongside the weekly play completionist objectives and i haven’t received the rewards. It shows they are claimed but haven’t seen any of the packs.Can someone take a look? Thank you
