My Season 9 weekly rewards packs are missing.

Hi I am trying to get answers I completed all the challenges in EA FC 25

Season 9 Weekly play completions and I never received my reward for doing the last week of it 

I have been a EA account holder since 2008 and never had a problem but know there is I would like to know how this can be resolved

EA where is me reward on Season 9 Weekly Play 5 ??? o complet it say 0/1 and is say complet and i dont`t get reward and other pack of Season Weekly Play what up with this bug where are my packs??? I Need EA help

Hey everyone,

it's only necessary to complete 4 out of the 5 objectives for the rewards. Completing all 5 will not provide you any extra rewards.

You already completed the Season 9 Weekly Play Completionist objectives when you finished Week 4 last week. In this set of objectives, you can complete any four of the five available. Once you achieve completion, the rest of the segments will be grayed out. As a result, you will not receive rewards for those parts. I have highlighted this with red lines in your images. I hope you understand how these types of objectives work.

The objective states any 4 meaning you can not complete all 5. Genuinely the most EA thing you have ever seen.
