No match intro video in single player career mode

Thank you all for reporting the issue with the Player Career mode, where only a short intro is played in the pre-match cinematic scene. I've collected all your feedback and shared it with the team....

Deeply disappointed in EA. A month ago, I submitted a report asking for clarity and more information about the status of this "bug" on this forum... A forum that’s supposed to help get our issues resolved. You no longer give us the feeling that you're actually working on it. This is extremely unprofessional—something I’ve never experienced before. We’re simply being ignored and not taken seriously. Absolutely shameful, EA. 

Updated version 
We are now:

  • More than half a year past the release/bug 
  • 12 title updates later (3 of them just in the last month since my previous report)
  • It’s still the hottest topic on the old forum and remains active in the current forum
  • Hundreds of people have reported it

Updated version (#3)
We are now:

  • More than 7/8 months past since the release/bug
    • 14 title updates later
    • 6 title updates since the last update in this topic from an EA employee
  • This bug is still not mentioned on their Trello page

 

I recently asked for an update via EA Help Live Chat, but unfortunately, they still couldn't provide any. With EAFC 26 around the corner, I assume this won't be fixed.
