No Ribery at lv40

Dear EA Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue I encountered in EA SPORTS FC 25 regarding the Season 7 Season Progress rewards. I have successfully reached level 40 in Season 7 and should be eligible to claim the 96-rated Immortals Icon Ribéry. However, I was unable to claim the reward — the option either did not appear, or the game failed to register my selection properly.

 • My EA ID: liberal _annul

 • Platform: PS 5

 • I have purchased the Premium Season Pass for Season 7

 • I reached Level 40

I have tried restarting the game and checking the Companion and Web App, but still no Ribery. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and help restore the reward to my club.

However, upon pressing the “Claim All” button to collect all available rewards at once, Ribéry was not added to my club. It seems something went wrong during the claim process, as I am now unable to choose either option or find the item anywhere.
