Notification stuck and

In fc25 career mode, on ps5, a notification ("talk to J. Silva" in Turkish) from a player, Jota Silva, remains stuck for 3+ seasons regardless of whatever I try except transfering the player out that I did not try yet. (attached)

Also, after an update in the game, the bar showing "next match in blabla days" has also stuck with a code variable named "COLOR_TEXT_EMPHASIS".

I am playing like this for 2 seasons and it's super annoying.

Plus, people mentioned before about the bug of empty scout page. I only were able to solve that one buy firing the scout.
