Only able to reach 4 star skill moves in player career mode

I remember last year you were able to get up to five stars in weak foot ability. This year however, your player starts at 2 star weak foot and there are only  two upgrades so at max you get just 4 stars. It is really weird and annoying how you cannot max out your player and that the weak foot will not be as strong as the main foot. I believe this is a bug because last year you could max out your weak foot and that this year many starting stats were bugged. Please fix this
