Party like it’s 96 III

Placed my evo Neymar into the party like it’s 96 III evo after scoring 10 with the 99 shooting face stat. He has 4 playstyle +. The evo states max 4 and he hasn’t been given the 5th (not even base) he also has not been given the pace boost to 96. Please help.

    had an issue with applying quickstep+ from party like its 96 to Fermin as well! didn't apply
