Payed 300 FC points for an evo

I payed 300 fc points for the new shapeshifter evo, and put it on Dimarco, but then I found a better evo and it said I could cancel the evo, and that I wouldn’t get the fc points back, but it didn’t say anything about not being able to use the evo again, cause why would I refund an evo if I don’t get anything or can put it or anyone else, this annoyed me when I payed for it,

its not the fact that I didn’t get the gc points back, I have the coins to buy it again, and I thought I could until I checked, I don’t know if this is a bug, but it’s very bad of ea to let u refund without being able to use it again or getting the payment back.
