  • Platform: pc/steam
  • PSN ID/Gamertag/EA ID: ea id lobotryasik
  • Have you completed the Foundation Objectives: Ultimate Team Foundations and met the requirements? yes
  • Are you unable to access the Transfer Market in-game or only on the Web/Companion App? both

One note—I received rewards for completing tasks not in the game but in the web application. Maybe this will help
