  • Have you completed the Foundation Objectives: Ultimate Team Foundations and met the requirements? 
    Yes, I completed it almost 2 months ago, and I played more than 600 matches and the in game markets continues locked.
  • Are you unable to access the Transfer Market in-game or only on the Web/Companion App?
    Both, the market in-game too.
