PC transfer market locked after completing Foundation objectives

how is it possible that so many users have had this problem for months and have spent money to receive a damaged product and the status of this post is STILL ‘need info’!??

You have been given so much information, it rather looks like the problem does not want to be solved. But at this point personally unlock the market at least within the game. 

I'll wait a little longer then I'll ask for a refund and really start messing around. I advise you guys to do the same
