  • Have you completed the Foundation Objectives: Ultimate Team Foundations and met the requirements? YES, Already Completed the Foundation Objectives and been playing DAILY, more than 5-10 games daily, ACTIVELY everyday, Market is not unlocked yet.
  • Are you unable to access the Transfer Market in-game or only on the Web/Companion App? 
    BOTH, In-game and Web, Market is LOCKED on both.
