PC transfer market locked after completing Foundation objectives

What is the current status? I have been waiting more than 8 months for the transfer market to be accessible via the web app and companion app.

No EA employee has written anything here. I see that it's not just me. Why are you letting the issue rest like this when there is definitely a mistake on your part, EA?

This can't be true, unbelievable.

• Platform: PC
• PSN ID/Gamertag/EA ID: ME7G0RE
• Have you completed the Foundation Objectives: Ultimate Team Foundations and met the requirements? - Yes!
• Are you unable to access the Transfer Market in-game or only on the Web/Companion App? 
  I can access the Transfer  Market in-game but not on Web or Companion App.
