9th month and still no access to the transfer market via WebApp and Companion App. Over 1200 hours of play, 800k Coins match earning, countless games of all modes and still no access. Coincidence? Or can EA please realize that the unlock for the transfer market is simply buggy?

Platform: PC
PSN ID/Gamertag/EA ID: ME7G0RE
Have you completed the Foundation Objectives: Ultimate Team Foundations and met the requirements? - YES!
Are you unable to access the Transfer Market in-game or only on the Web/Companion App?
I can access the Transfer Market in-game but not on Web or Companion App.
