Player doesnt move with the ball at it's feet

Hello, for a month or two by now I've been having the same problem If I pass the ball to ex. Raphina he doesn't move unless I press the r2,r1 button the same happened with Jadon Sancho, everything else it's fine all the players move but raphina it's just stuck when I give him the ball, I play on PS5 tried installing the game again tried the PS4 version and still the same thing happened,thank you in advance
