This player in UT has no name and I can’t load the player bio

Community ManagerPlease check if you can interact with the player item—such as moving it to your squad or quick selling it, etc. Just to check if the item is stuck due to the error.
Our team was also informed, so we will look at what may be causing this issue.
Thank you EA_Pulsar I am able to perform all normal actions with this item both in game and on the app, the lack of name and player bio on the app seems to be the only issue. I haven't tried quick selling, as I only have the one in my squad.
Just noticed that this issue has been resolved.
