So, to be very explicite about this: he only put a player on the transferlist:
He did NOT SELL IT
He did NOT ACCEPT ANY OFFERS
So the transferlist can sell your players off at any time for any price?! Thats must be a joke!
Clearly my little one does not have a nice day due to what a bug or even hacker did, who can tell. We have provided time, extensive description on 'how this was even possible' .... so the game producer wants his money but does not garantuee a thibg when due to the system, because my son did NOTHING WITH THE TRANSFER, after the hour went by the PLAYER VANISHED AND after research it seemed SOMEHOW THE PLAYER WAS SOLD WITHOUT INTERVENTION OF MY CHILD FOR 35% of its worth!
How is that a thing you all are so stiffnecked about? Is that the policy of making your system problems those of your clients?! I just cant get it. Im Dutch so im front forward on this. If he did somethibg STUPID yes then it would be a learning curve.
IF YOU HAVE A BAD SYSTEM WITH A BUG right in front of you, spelled out to you in 3 constume help support chats:
THE LEARNING CURVE HAS TO BE ON YOUR SIDE right now!
How is this honesty, how is this treating childeren or costumers who pay for this with integrity?! I sat NEXT TO HIM to only few a few games he played meanwhile this player got sold to a low offer in the BACKGROUND without OUR CONSENT.
Thats calked a bug in my dictionary. And I dont have a positive word for this after 3 times covering this whole mess as if I have nothing better to do in life then this: but my son, 10yrs still thinks honesty gets you somewhere, so he thibks this, YOUR compagnie is gonna SOLVE THIS PROBLEM FOR HIM. And no he is not ok. He is in tears after translating this reaction again, after yesterday support chat send us here to SOLVE THIS PROBLEM!
DUTCH ARE STRAIGHT FORWARD. Decent and honest. Ill like to spend my time on more important stuff then this. But boy, do I boil inside!
ONE LAST TIME FOR ALL OUT THERE:
My son DID NOT SELL ANYONE FOR 35% OF HIS WORTH PLAYER ENDRICK96 shapeshifter [60K sold / worth 170k which he was 'buy now priced for!]
Some honesty would be appreciated! Learning curve....my son doesnt need one on this, you all behind ypur desks do. Sorry, but thats a reality fact right now!
Hey Davidkroket15 understand that you may be frustrated but being aggressive or direct won't help.
When selling on the transfer market you do not need to accept an offer.
If your son put the item on with a buy it now price then this does not mean that it will sell for that. If he wants to ensure that it does not sell below a certain price then he needs to also set a starting price.
As your son just put the item on the market without a start price then it will sell for the highest offer and he does not get the option to accept or decline this.
There is nothing that we can do in this situation to retrieve the item.
