Players disappear from scout reports while scouting -> endless staff busy

I have had an issue within player scouting in manager career mode. Sometimes my staff show the message "staff busy, cannot assign to [player name]" which I understand means that the scout has reached...

it's a bug but you can work around it - scout that you are using is not assigned to a particular area, after he finished scouting the player, you can click on "manage scout => view report" and it will open the list of all players he scouted. annoying but playable
