Playstyle+ evo from season pass glitch

So basically I was debating on who I should put the quickstep+ on. Decided to go with vieira so as Im trying to apply the evo on him my game glitches out. I clearly see that vieira had the playstyle+ added. Next thing, I quit the evo menus and go back because I cant find my vieira in the my evos section. What I find is that the evo was applied on a complete random player. Contacted ea, they dont even care. They sent me an AI message that said please go through the steps to recover missing item like Im some **bleep** who doesnt know how when clearly its a bug I’ve never seen. Overall, I paid for the season pass specifically for quickstep+. Got legit robbed and then I cant even find a way to LIVE CHAT with ea. They also closed my case without any details on if I even could recover the evo. As you can clearly see in the video this is false advertisement. If I dont get my evo back Im honestly deleting the game and never buying fc anymore. Its been too long they dont care about their community. How am I supposed to play to a game you cant even reach out to live chat to explain my problem. Only way I even got access to live chat was when I clicked the refund section. And even then, nobody answered me even tho it was written the agent was online. Stayed 15 mins in the convo. Im very disapointed honestly.
