I put Pinged Pass+ and Tiki Taka+ on my Showdown Adam Wharton before he got upgraded; after he was upgraded, the pinged pass+ was removed off of his card. I think this is a bug but I am not sure. I went to EA Help, hoping I would get his playstyle+ back (5 playstyle+), or the evolution at least, but the email just took me here. What should I do?

I don't think there's much to do about this, I'm afraid, I don't think it would be considered a bug. Live card playstyle upgrades seem to override evolution upgrades, so I would just wait next time to evolve the player, especially if their potential upgrade is tied to one match. You've got to have some confidence in your live cards getting better on their own, that's what they are designed to do.
