Premium pass not syncing

I purchased the premium pass using points on the mobile app with the points being deducted and purchase confirmed. I purchased this a few hours ago.

On achieving the first level it is not providing the premium reward, only “upgrade” is selectable and directing me to purchase again. 

Edit 25/4 - it’s allowing redemption of levels via the app, but it continues to ask me to purchase the season pass in game
