When redeeming the rewards, I noticed that when selecting the coins, the game gave me a completely different reward, such as a ball. Initially, I thought it might have been my mistake in the selection, but when it happened repeatedly I realized that it was an error in the system itself. I recorded the moment as proof of what had happened. During this process, I stopped receiving several rewards to which I was entitled: 20,000 coins 20,000 coins 75,000 coins 20,000 coins 20,000 coins I have been playing FIFA for many years, having bought all the games since 2015, and I dedicate a lot of time to Ultimate Team mode. It is deeply discouraging to see this time and dedication compromised by technical errors that prevent fair access to the rewards I have legitimately earned.
