I finished the last season premium season pass but was not given the chance to choose between 90x4 and ribery and today when the season changed they both disappeared with me not receiving any

I have the same issue and restarting the game multiple times and logging back has not resolved it.

Restarting hasn't done anything, I have tried multiple times. It looks to be a new issue with just the premium pass as this never happened with previous seasons
The exact same thing happened to me!! Paid for premium day before new season, claimed nothing, new season starts, all rewards disappeared, thought they would would automatically claim after the event like most other rewards? But still no sign🤷🏻♂️
I have a similar problem, I chose Ribéry and than he just disappeared and is now gone… EA needs to fix this immediately
Same Here fifa have so much money, but are **bleep**. Solving no problems but creating more.
I have the same issue, I had level 35 of the premium pass and level 40 of the regular pass still to claim but now they are gone.
