For last 5 days at least I have not been able to access the fc hub on the companion app at all which was the only place I could get my premium season objectives as the premium objectives have never shown up on the Xbox

Yup no claim for the final level and no acknowledgement of the problem. Very disappointed with this.
The exact same thing was happening to me, Unfortunately because of that I wasnt able to claim the 84x5 for the next game.
Facing same issue, still unresolved
Yup can't claim the level 40 reward for some reason even though I've claimed all the other rewards no problem. This season pass is buggy.
