Premium season rewards missing

I couldn’t go to the season pass to claim my rewards, because he was unavailable. I was level 40, but the new season pass of the shape shifters came in. And now I am missing the half of my rewards including the 90+ x 4.

    I have a similar problem, I chose Ribéry and than he just disappeared and is now gone… EA needs to fix this immediately

    I have the same issue, I had level 35 of the premium pass and level 40 of the regular pass still to claim but now they are gone
