Pro clubs level reduced from 100 to 54

I had grinded so long and yesterday when I logged in I was level 54 and I lost all my thing like clubs character and I got kicked out of my team and I lost all my presets

Please follow that thread and post in there. I'll go ahead and close this one off as a duplicate.
