The big update got some things right but it has completely broken playing goalkeeper, I have been a goalkeeper and a content creator around goalkeeper for more years than i remember and this is the worst it has ever been, it was fine before the update, completely unplayable now.
Here are the two biggest issues:
Animation selection - I don't know what changed in the updates but the animations the game selects for you are the worst i have ever seen, always diving without even having his arms out stretched fully so easy saves don't get saved, parrying into own net, not diving at all. This is by far the most important thing that needs to be addressed.
Shot power and diving delay - The shot power is too extreme this year and the delay before actually diving feels like it has been increased meaning most shots in the box can be scored against pro goalkeepers regardless of where they are from. I have also tested this as a striker, scoring is simply too easy.
Whatever was done to goalkeepers needs to be undone and soon, everyone that i know including myself are all just done with goalkeeper. They are all super experienced and top goalkeepers too. We are a small community that gets ignored every year. Honestly i was pretty happy with how the game was feeling before the major updates, if we can get it feeling back to how it was then that would be a massive step in the right direction.
There are other issues too such as playstyles not activating but personally these two are the biggest and the ones that need adressing ASAP.
