Pro clubs PLAYOFF matches NOT COUNTING

My club TheSchoolThreat has played all 15 play off matches for this season in technicality (15) but we have had 6 games that we have won not count. We would win a game and at the match-end screen be kicked out to the FC 25 Main Menu, or we would be stuck on the end cut scene of the game and receive no win.  This has been an ongoing problem and I believe not solving this issue could be detrimental to the pro clubs community. Would you want to work and not be compensated for your contributions? In the premier league would they play 32 matches and have 1/4 of them not count? All I am asking is for our wins we rightly deserved to count. Thank you for your time EA Staff and have a good rest of your evening.
