Pro clubs promotion glitch

Today I was playing pro clubs and we were one win away from promotion we played that game and won 5-0 I have proof of the win but after the game we checked to see if we were division 2 and it said we weren’t because for some reason the game didn’t count and I for sure know it was a promotion match
