Problem in packs (84 × 7 upgrade)

Dear Sir/Madame 

I would like to problem i faced today while doing one of your SBC's (84×7). So basically i will discuss only two points which are 1- the pack included 10 players not 7. 2-the pack had players less than 84 rating.

So i ask for your help to solve this issue and best wishes to EA team.

    Hello Obama_Masr1​ 

    The pack is advertised as such:

    "Earn a pack containing 10 rare gold player items, rated 80 or higher, with 7 guaranteed to be rated 84 or higher"

    So it is as intended, it is not a bug.
