If you have to disconnect the power cable in order for the console to turn back on, you are dealing with an overheating issue. You can open the console, remove the fan and use a can of compressed air (held vertically so no liquid comes out) to get rid of the dust/lint from the heatsinks. If the issue continues after that, you may consider having the console professionally cleaned.

ty ive been trying to find the cause and even 0n the fc26 beta this occurs and its only on a fc title which is strange to me
