I accidentally quick-sold Virgil van Dijk FUTTIES 99 yesterday, attempted to recover him via the Companion App. I have enough coins, and I still have recoveries remaining, but when I try to recover the player, I receive an error message. The recovery fails, and the player does not appear in Unassigned afterward.
I’ve also tried Reinstalling the Companion App, tried to recover the item using the Web App, checked the Unassigned section repeatedly. I have enough coins to cover the recovery. My club was not deleted or recreated.
Despite this, I’ve had no success recovering the player.
