I'm on Ps5 and this happens 3-4 times per week. Typically after a goal, previously after the 4th, so I'd only ever score 4 now. It used to happen when skipping after goals, so I stopped doing this...but it still happens randomly. I'm losing thousands of points and coins, as well as 30-60 minutes per week.
I can assure you EA DOES NOT CARE. I've logged this 100 times. I've used chat, logged bugs, reported the issue. All I ever get is an email telling me to check the forums. Embarrassing on their part to be honest.
