Hi ea I can’t redeem my pack and won’t let me open any of my rewards as it keeps kicking me off the game and saying error while I try redeem the pack

Same problem THIS PACK *card.desc.TotwProvPack,o can’t open 3 days ,Ps 5 platform what happens ,we can’t play and open packs ????
