Repeating Player

Hello EA Support,

I would like to report an issue I experienced in FC 25 Ultimate Team. I received the exact same untradeable promo player three times in a row (from different packs), which feels unfair and frustrating.

The player is [tillman], and I packed him on these dates:
- [1May,2025] from [Pack of Rivels rewards for many times

I understand there’s RNG involved, but receiving the same event player repeatedly,, heavily affects my experience and squad building options.

I kindly ask for any possible compensation or solution to this issue.
