After the update, my web app is "flashing" on the Evo page. I can't click the other tabs on that page. I attached a brief video below.
Anyway I managed to click on the Training Camp Evo in between flashes but I still get the same error. I have no pause button in the other Evos.
EDIT: I tried ingame, I paused the current Evos but I still get the same error when I try to claim the Training Camp Evo, although it says it's complete (whereas it's just listed as inactive on the web app).
I'll try ending all the Evos and see if it unlocks. Tonight, right now real life calls.
