Ribery claim bug

Completed the season pass but the game bugged when claiming ribery/ lvl 40 options. I now have a  pack instead of ribery. As this season pass is paid I hoped EA help would potentially help in this bug. The unwanted pack is now sitting in my store instead of the 96 ribery card I paid for. All I would like is some communication about this and wether it not I need to seek a refund.
